Las acciones cripto se desploman y bitcoin cae a US$18.100 tras la publicaci?n de la inflaci?n

Es un d?a dif?cil para las acciones en general y para las de criptomonedas en particular luego de que el informe del CPI del jueves a la ma?ana mostrara que la inflaci?n de septiembre aument? inesperadamente hasta 6,6%, el m?ximo en cuatro d?cadas. La inflaci?n general fue de 8,2% y tambi?n super? las estimaciones de los economistas.

La noticia hizo que bitcoin (BTC) cayera hasta US$18.100, no muy lejos de su m?nimo del 2022 de US$17.600. Al momento de publicaci?n, el precio ha rebotado modestamente hasta US$18.800. Todos los principales promedios del mercado burs?til de Estados Unidos cayeron m?s de 2%, pero actualmente est?n intentando lograr un repunte de media ma?ana, con el S&P 500 reduciendo su ca?da a solo 1%.

Entre los valores de mineros, Marathon Digital (MARA) cotiza en baja un 7%, con Riot Blockchain (RIOT) y Core Scientific (CORZ) siguiendo una cifra similar. La minera brit?nica Argo Blockchain (ARBK) sigue teniendo un rendimiento inferior al del resto del sector, con un descenso del 16,5% que se suma a sus p?rdidas tras la decisi?n de la semana pasada de aumentar capital.
